RETURN AND REFUND
Return Policy : Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 15 days of receiving your package, subject to the conditions below.
Return Period: You have a return period of 15 days from the date you receive your package. During this time, you may return the items without providing a reason. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 15 days.
Return Conditions
- All items must be returned in an unused condition, suitable for resale, with all original tags attached.
- Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.
- For Sale Items: Please note that items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds. These items can only be exchanged.
Return Costs: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping fees may vary depending on your location and courier service.
Return Processing Time
- If you indicate a preference for an exchange when registering your return, we will begin processing the exchange immediately to ensure a quick resolution.
- Returns are processed within 10 working days after they arrive at our warehouse.
- You can track the arrival of your return shipment at our warehouse using the tracking number provided by your courier. Once received, the 10-day processing window begins.
After your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation notification. Please note that it may take up to 3 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
